CRISPR Editing of Immortalized Cell Lines with RNPs using Nucleofection

This protocol describes how to deliver ribonucleoprotein (RNP) complexes that consist of purified Cas9 nuclease duplexed with chemically modified synthetic single guide RNA (sgRNA) to immortalized adherent or suspension cells.
