Protein levels were assessed via flow cytometry at four time points: days 3, 7, 14, and 21 post-transfection, and compared to negative controls (non-edited cells or cells electroporated with Cas9 only). Membrane protein depletion remained stable over time, and cell viability was consistently high (>90%) across all samples.
