Conclusions

• EditCo can quickly provide made-to-order edited T cells from a variety of prevalidated donors.
• T cell pools have high editing efficiencies that are stable over time.
• EditCo T cells have high viability and can be massively expanded by the end user.
• Both CD4+ and CD8+ edited T cells showed only transient expression of exhaustion markers after restimulation.
• Edited CD4+ and CD8+ T cells retain their biologically relevant activation responses (cytokine production and killing activity respectively) after thawing and expansion.
